Garage Sale spaces are only reserved when money is paid.
Do not call to reserve a space. Do not ask for specific spaces. Spaces are assigned as space permits and specific locations are not guaranteed. The layout changes at each sale. Management reserves the right to limit the number of spaces a seller can reserve. Chairs are available in each building.
*Note that set up and prices are different than flea market.
All set up must be done the night before from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Bring sheets to cover your tables when you are done. You may bring clothing racks or shelves to add to your space. They cannot block the aisles. On the morning of the sale you may enter the building through the west door on building #3 at 7 a.m. No other doors will be opened until 8 a.m. All set up must be done the night before and admission during that time is limited to sellers only. No exceptions!
You can sell anything as long as it is tasteful and legal. You cannot sell baked goods.
Bureau County Fair provides the concession stand as a fund raiser for the fair. Food will be served during setup the night before and all day during the Sale. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 10 days before the sale date. We always have a waiting list so if you can't come please call right away and leave a message so someone else can use the space.
Please bring plenty of small bills to make change with. Mark your prices clearly. Bring bags to put purchases in. We will have a PA set up to announce special sales you may have. No items may be left at the fairgrounds. A dumpster is located outside for unwanted items. If you move a table, be sure to check the legs so it isn't going to collapse. The Fair is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.
